Large Steam Boilers
RCR Energy Systems provides watertube steam boilers, generating saturated and superheated steam at high pressure for power and process applications. Large steam requirements and most solid fuel applications necessitate site-erected plant, typically from our Babcock & Wilcox range.
Large Hot Water Boilers
Hot water boilers for commercial and industrial heating applications. Our range of packaged firetube and watertube hot water boilers up to 10MW are marketed under the Tomlinson boiler brand.
Large Thermal Oil Heaters
Thermal oil heaters for commercial and industrial heating applications. Our range covers package thermal oil heaters, including gas and oil-fired in typical DIN (EN) coil-type and API designs. We have substantial experience in wood & coal-fired thermal oil heaters too.
Hot Air Heaters
RCR Energy's indirect industrial air heaters come in a concentric shell (CC) and tubular (CT) designs. Fired on gas and oil these air heaters typically feed spray drying plants with hot, clean, process air and can operate to 430°C and output to 15MW.
