Apprenticeships and Traineeships
RCR’s Apprenticeship Program has the unique benefit of being able to provide a broad range of skills to our operational diversity. RCR's integrated structure provides opportunities for cross-skilling within our key sectors.
Currently there are over 110 apprentices and trainees in fabrication, mechanical and electrical trades across Australia and New Zealand.
Our apprentices go on to become qualified as:
- Boilermaker/Welders
- Fitter/Machinists
- Machinists
- Mechanical fitters
- Electricians
RCR also has Traineeship opportunities in design drafting, metallurgy, rubber, business administration and competitive manufacturing.
